Just curious, is it intentional that Eric Raymond is still listed as
managing the 'Open Source' trademark? If so, why? He is clearly not fit to
be managing it with the whole APSL mess going on.

Also, does SPI have any intentions of enforcing the trademark wrt to Apple
using it to endorse their APSL license?
