Have you read the GPL? This is _not_ what it says.
The GPL says that if you provide binaries, you have to provide source, or promise (in writing) to provide source to anybody for at least three years. The only exception is that if you've received such a promise, you may forward it along with the binaries, if you distribute the binaries noncommercially.
