hold a public board of directors meeting this Thursday, 17th May,
2012 at 20:00 UTC.

SPI meetings are held on irc.spi-inc.org (the OFTC network), in #spi.

This is currently a single resolution about the removal of OpenOffice as
an SPI associated project, at their request.
