hold a public board of directors meeting on Thursday, 8th November
2012 at 20:00 UTC. Please note this may mean the meeting is an hour
earlier if your location has recently ended Daylight Savings Time.

SPI meetings are held on irc.spi-inc.org (the OFTC network), in #spi.
