Apologies for replying to myself, but I neglected to also remind
that this meeting immediately follows semi-annual timezone changes
for some parts of the World (for example the US but not yet for the
EU or UK), so 20:00 UTC may be occurring an hour later than last
month in your locale if in the Northern Hemisphere, or possibly an
hour earlier in the Southern Hemisphere (though e.g. AU's change
isn't for another month). Please double-check your offsets.
