Thank you very much Zach and all other SPI members involved in this
quality report.
I also thank associated projects for all their work and contributions to
this report.
I only looked at associated projects I use and have a certain
familiarity with, but still noticed a few parts I found unclear. For
example, FFmpeg contains:

Spelling out "VDD" as "Video DevDays" with a link to
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Meetings/VDD2024 would be considerably clearer.
About half of projects do not feature any link, which leaves room for
improvement. In particular, LibreOffice could use a link to TDF’s annual
report:
