Support Structure for GNU TeXmacs
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The resolution below has been accepted and unanimously approved at the
meeting of the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest,
Inc ("SPI") July 2nd, 2002.
GNU TeXmacs is a free scientific text editor, which was both inspired
by TeX and GNU Emacs.
The Board of Directors of SPI hereby accepts GNU TeXmacs as affiliated
project to support.
SPI is happy to provisionally take donations earmarked for GNU
TeXmacs. Money will be spent according to the instructions of the GNU
TeXmacs project leader, who is currently Joris van der Hoeven
(provided it is in accordance with SPI's legal obligations).
