Hi,

Can someone on the board update us about the e-mail voting being conducted
about the things discussed Tuesday -- how soon it should be complete (or if
it already is) and the outcome?

Thanks,
John

The resolution regulating e-mail voting is very clear: it will take
seven days. Since I circulated a draft resolution on tuesday and
submitted the final resolution for voting yesterday the result will
be next tuesday.

The appointment of Ean as VP has been accepted and posted to
spi-announce. Joey vetoed the creation of the by-laws committee;
I have put that on the agenda for the next meeting (see
http://www.spi-inc.org/~wichert/agenda/) so we can have a
standard vote on the resolution (which does not allow for a veto).
