NO MEETING THIS WEEK
--------------------

The Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. will not
be conducting an official board of directors meeting this Monday, 14th
January 2019 at 20:00 UTC, as an exception to the usual practice.

Instead we will use that time to discuss informally via board-only
conference call. The primary purpose is to better prepare for our
upcoming in-person treasury sprint and face-to-face board meeting,
scheduled for late February and early March in New York City.

This conference call will not be an official board meeting; no formal
votes or other official board actions will be taken, nor will the other
requirements of official board meetings apply such as quorum or minutes.

However, the face-to-face board meeting itself will be an official
meeting with published minutes.

The next monthly SPI board meeting will occur publicly on IRC at the
regularly scheduled date and time of Monday, 11th February 2019 at 20:00
UTC. Proper meeting notice will be sent in due course.

Jimmy Kaplowitz
President, Software in the Public Interest, Inc.
