The 2025 SPI board election has now completed and I am pleased to announce
the results as follows:
The following members are appointed to the SPI board:

* Forrest Fleming
* Jonatas L. Nogueira
* Héctor Orón Martínez
* Jeremy Stanley
Bylaws Amendment
There are 148 eligible voters, and as such, the quorum defined per the
Bylaws is 99 votes.
82 votes were received.
The amendment has therefore failed.
