Maintaining the election ballot for OFTC

The resolution below has been accepted and approved via email voting
by the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest,
Inc. ("SPI") on October 16th, 2002.

The Board of Directors of SPI hereby appoints Martin Michlmayr and
Martin Schulze to count the election ballot of the Open and Free
Technology Community (OFTC) and publish the results afterwards. The
election period is from October 8th at UTC midnight until October 11th
at UTC 23:59:59.
